2.1 Agreement

By accessing or using IrelandStream.com and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2.2 The Service

IrelandStream.com provides IPTV subscription services giving access to live TV channels, video on demand (VOD), and related streaming content via internet protocol.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2.4 Account & Credentials

• Upon purchase, you will receive IPTV login credentials (username, password, server URL) via email.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must not share your credentials with others outside your household.
• Each subscription is for use on the number of devices specified in your plan.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts found sharing credentials commercially.

2.5 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our service without written permission
• Use our service for commercial broadcasting
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our servers
• Use our service in any way that violates applicable Irish or EU law

2.6 Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
• Subscriptions are one-time payments for the stated period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

2.7 Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% server uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.

2.8 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on IrelandStream.com are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of streamed content.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, IrelandStream.com shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

2.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

2.11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
